As our final celebration of Poetry Month this year, we are rebroadcasting an interview with Janet Richards . Janet is a journalist and a poet. She has written and edited for many local papers in this area. Her poetry collection Glass Skin, published by Hidden Brook Press, reflects her life experiences after moving from Toronto to the Quinte region. Glimpses of a new world from her special perspective, and poems about home, children and family document the everyday. Janet’s work is included in anthologies: Gas Grass or Ass; Nobody Rides for Free, Brother; My Cup and Eyes of the Poet. She has also been published in Lady Jane’s Miscellany, Gutter Eloquence Magazine, Burst! and been featured on the Cherry Muse Website.
